	* src/getopt.c: Only use our cdefs.h if the OS doesn't have one.
	* Makefile.am: Only compile our getopt.h if the OS doesn't provide
	getopt.h.
	* configure.in: Ditto.
	* tests/testoption.cc: Update for GCC-3.
