Test: python-imaging 12.1.1-1 and attention needed from administrator

Version 12.1.1-1 of "python-imaging" has been uploaded.

python-imaging (aka Pillow) is a fork or the Python Imaging Library (PIL).

This update includes packages for Python 3.12 only, as Pillow no longer 
supports Python 3.9. As such, I need the python39-imaging and 
python39-imaging-tk packages to be marked as obsolete to avoid warnings 
from calm.

This update provides the following packages:

python-imaging (the source package)

python-imaging-debuginfo

python312-imaging, python312-imaging-tk

This update brings a number of changes since the last version in Cygwin 
(11.3.0), which you can read about here: 
https://github.com/python-pillow/Pillow/blob/main/CHANGES.rst. Please 
email me directly about any issues to make sure I receive the email.

PLEASE NOTE: I would normally mark these packages as stable in a couple 
of weeks, but there is a dependency on pybind11 
(pypi.org/project/pybind11) which isn't packaged in Cygwin yet. I would 
be willing to take on maintainership of this package if no one else is 
available, and I will post about this shortly on the general mailing list.
