par2 1.0.0-1 is now available in Cygwin. This release has many small fixes and
improvements since the previous release, 0.8.1-1. See the upstream
changelog[1] for the list of changes.

par2 is a program for creating and using PAR2 files to detect damage in data
files and repair them if necessary. It can be used with any kind of file.
