The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* ninja-1.13.1-1
* ninja-debuginfo-1.13.1-1

Ninja is yet another build system. It takes as input the 
interdependencies of files (typically source code and output 
executables) and orchestrates building them, quickly.

Please note that the emacs mode for editing ninja files has been removed 
to a separate repository upstream. If you want it, install it from MEPLA 
etc.
