Updated: setup (2.933)

A new version of setup is available at:

Changes compared to 2.932:

- Initial support for mirrors.lst instructions to update the selected 
mirror site URL when we've been notified it's changing

(e.g. ftp.acc.umu.se is now known as mirror.accum.se. Ideally, setup 
would be able to update the selected URL for the user, so that no manual 
intervention is required when the old name stops working.)

- Remove the anomalous and unwanted behavior of dropping back into 
attended mode when no package repository sites are selected.

Instead report an error and terminate with a non-zero exit code.

- Better handling of DPI changes (when moving the application window 
between monitors with different DPI values, or changing the monitor DPI)

- The toolchain used to build setup has been updated

- In addition to the existing detached gpg signature, the executable is 
now Authenticode signed (using my personal IV certificate, SHA256 
fingerprint 
2ce11da3a675a9d631e06a28ddfd6f730b9cc6989b43bd30ad7cc79d219cf2bd) to 
avoid an "Unknown Publisher" warning.
