* libuchardet0-0.0.6-1
* libuchardet-devel-0.0.6-1

uchardet is an encoding detector library, which takes a sequence of bytes 
in an unknown character encoding without any additional information, and 
attempts to determine the encoding of the text.

This has been added as a new dependency of GNOME latexila 3.26.
