This is a library that defines common error values for all GnuPG 
components.  Among these are GPG, GPGSM, GPGME, GPG-Agent, libgcrypt, 
Libksba, DirMngr, Pinentry, SmartCard Daemon and more.

This is an update to the latest upstream release.
