Expat is a C library for parsing XML, originally created and maintained
by James Clark, but since 2001 taken over by a loose group of contributors.

CYGWIN-SPECIFIC CHANGES SINCE LAST RELEASE
==========================================

This release adds a static library to the libexpat1-devel package, which
was present in 2.0.1-1, and which some packages depend on. Thanks to
Dave Korn for bringing this reversion to my attention.

Other than that, it is the same as the -1 build, except that the build
tools have been upgraded in the ~10 months since those were built.
