I have just released cygport-0.10.9 for the Cygwin distribution and the
Fedora Cygwin repository.  New features in this release:

* GStreamer 0.11/1.0 support
- gst-plugins.cygclass now supports all series
- gst-plugins0.10.cygclass is deprecated

* Fixes for texlive postinstall commands
