A new version of subversion is now available for download. A new
"subversion-tools" package is now provided that includes some
miscellaneous tools, including svn2cl.
CYGWIN NEWS:

There was one test failure.
* All tests hang using the serf HTTP library. This package still
includes support for serf, but if you encounter problems, please
switch to the neon library.

between 1.6.6 and previous Subversion releases.
IMPORTANT: This release will silently upgrade your Subversion
working copies to the 1.6 format, rendering them unusable with
previous major versions of Subversion.
