New package: mm-common-0.9.2-1

The following package has been added to the Cygwin distribution:

*** mm-common-0.9.2-1

mm-common provides a common build infrastructure for the GNOME C++
bindings (aka GTKmm).  This is required at build-time only for packages
using cygport's gtkmm.cygclass.
