The tiff package provides libraries and utilities for manipulating
TIFF image files.

This is a security and packaging update.

[[ compiled using gcc-3.4.4-999 ]]

This will most likely be the final tiff update for the cygwin-1.5
distribution; future development will continue with tiff-3.8.2-10
for cygwin-1.7.
