Cygwin to EV6, EV7 cross compiler

Hi,

    I could get to build gcc 4.1.1 for cygwin to Alpha microprocessor.

    Can you help guide me build a later version of GCC on cygwin to
    target EV6, EV7 ?

    I will strongly appreciete any help.
