need more detail about "The start files are a very few files that gcc needs to be able to turn on TLS"

Hi All,

In "9 - How is a toolchain constructed.txt", it says "The start files
are a very few files that gcc needs to be able to turn on thread local
storage (TLS) on an NPTL system.". Anyone can give more details ?
