how to add a new GCC entry?

Hi all,

I'd like to add support for gcc-4.7.2-2ubuntu1 ... right now I'm
planting a 472-ubuntu patched version for crosstool to use but I'd like
to do it the proper way - make crosstool download the 4.7.2 tarball,
apply the -2ubuntu1 patch and then go on with it's work.

How do I do this? Where do I add download locations, menu entry etc?
