kernel - not exportable for arm

Hello Yann,

Last week I came across the crosstool-NG. Indeed it seems to be a good way to start - as you mentioned. I will check about the whole kernel tree on Fedora and what might be missing on that.

I really appreciate your suggestions and time. Thanks a lot!
