libelf problem all-recursive error

Hi

Thanks for your fast reply Yann. I already read the issues document but i
didn't recognize that the make-3.81 section is important for me. Only cared
about the cygwin section. Thanks a lot for pointing me
in this direction.
Now after compiling several hours i get another error-msg.
Sorry for bothering you with these beginner mistakes, but i really need a
working toolchain, so please give me a hint again:
