[PATCH] use a custom kernel directory (not prepared)

Hello,

I think this feature would definitely be useful. At least, in the past,
I already had the need to give ct-ng the kernel headers through an
existing directory, and it wasn't possible. One comment below, though.

As said on the Buildroot list, I think you should rename this option to
KERNEL_LINUX_CUSTOM_LOCATION.
