[PATCH 0 of 1] Use CT_CONFIG_SHELL instead of CT_SHELL

Yann, all,

crosstool-NG.sh uses CT_SHELL which is undefined.
It seems to be a relic.
I have replaced it by CT_CONFIG_SHELL.
