[PATCH 0 of 2] kconfig: bump Linaro GCC/GDB revisions to 2011.05

This patchset bumps the Linaro GCC/GDB revisions to 2011.05 when applicable.

It is a replacement for my previous patch submission, here with the patch split
for GCC/GDB.
