Yep, I hit it as well, and I do not really know how to do it. Maybe
something much more complex, along the lines of (hehe!):
CT_DoItInASubShellSoVariablesDoNotEscape
while true; do
case "$1" in
*=*) eval export "$1"
CT_DoLogThisFsckingVariable ALL "$1"
shift
;;
*) break;
esac
done
CT_DoExecLogAsUsualThisCmdlineWithoutVariable ALL "$@"
