Problem building tool-chain for amd64->powerpc64

It's hard to tell what the problem is without the build log. It
happens that the build log is too big for this list, so if you could
post the build log to pastebin or host it on a website somewhere. Then
we can better diagnose the issue.

The config would also prove helpful.
