undefined reference to `copysignl' with uclibc on powerpc

Ok, well thanks for the suggestion. Creating new patches for this is a bit
beyond me. I can build gcc 4.4 instead thanks to your recent patch to allow the
Graphite loop optimization to be disabled. I was reallly hoping gcc 4.5.1 would
work since the ppl and cloog libraries are building fine on cygwin with gcc
4.5.1 (I have to disbale these companion libraries on gcc 4.4 with Cygwin).

The patch has not been ported to gcc-4.5 yet.
And because of the recent flamewar on patches, I'm reluctant to add it myself
(which makes gcc-4.5 almost un-buildable for now, which is why it is still
marked as being 'EXPERIMENTAL' in crosstool-NG)... :-/
