It depends on what you mean.  I use ct-NG to build canadian-cross
compiler. To do this, I must do 3 toolchain builds with ct-NG. The first
to build the target cross compiler, then the host cross compiler, and
finally the canadian cross compiler.  This is the supported way of
generatinig canadian-cross compilation toolchains using ct-NG AFAIK.
