libraries for ecj1

Hi All,

I've built a toolchain for an ARM target.  I'm trying to get gcj working.
According to ldd, ecj1 needs a library called libgcj.so.11.  This library is
not in the toolchain tree.  It is, however, on the build machine, in
/usr/local/lib.  Is the build machine influencing how the toolchain is
built?
