crosstool-NG is now in Gentoo

Hi Yann and others,

I just wanted to let you know that crosstool-NG is now being packaged
in Gentoo.  I will be maintaining it.

Embedded/cross development is popular in Gentoo.  The native tool is
crossdev.  Crosstool-NG is now an alternative.  There is still some
work to be done in terms of making it work seamlessly as crossdev does
- --- see the tracker bug below.  Hopefully the two tools will
compliment one another.
