I have a (very, very) similar patch here, but I am still banging on it
as there's still a few things to fix.

For one, your patch will not work for PPC, as in this case libgcc_s.so
is dynamically linked with libm.so (as well as with libc.so) so we also
have to provide that stub.

Note that I also test with ARM for now, I just found about PPC while
looking at OE recently, as discussed with Khem (Thanks Khem!).

But the patch is clean. I keep the WE to finish working on uClibc/NPTL
and I'll push it.
