ct-ng build failure: binutils version mismatch

Hi folks, 


just encountered a build problem:

when binutils 2.20 is selected, glibc and eglibc dont recognize
them, as they check for version pattern: 2.1[3-9]*
obviously, binutils-2.20 is too new ;-o
