avr32 build fails to download avr32headers

A patch was committed quite recently which fixes downloads when curl is 
installed. You should try updating to the latest crosstool-ng from 
mercurial and removing avr32headers.tar.bz2 (you need to remove the 
version from your local tarballs directory if you have one configured in 
your crosstool config).
