BTW, I've started to add Blackfin support to Crosstool-NG, using
upstream versions of binutils, uClibc and gcc. While basica statically
compiled binaries do work, FDPIC binaries do not work. I presume that
the gcc/uClibc/binutils as available in the Blackfin repository are
modified, but it seems that the modifications made specifically for
Blackfin are not clearly separated from the original upstream versions
(by means of a branch, or something), making it harder to re-use the
changes you've made on those components.

Did I miss something ? Is it somehow possible to get the stack of
patches you apply to uClibc/gcc/binutils to get them to work properly
on Blackfin ?

Thanks !

Thomas
