crosstool build breaks at CLoog/ppl on Fedora 13

Hi Yann,
I tried your first patch on 1.7.2 and got past the error only to run
into the same error on gcc core static. I had to add the same sort of
patch to gcc.sh (see below).

There has been no change for CLooG/PPL between 1.7.0 and 1.7.2.
Anyway, 1.8.0 is out now, but there's been no changes either.
