ct-ng -> git repos instead of single patches

Of course, there only has to be one mirror repo.
Cloning the git repo isnt that traffic intesive as one might expect,
compared with downloading tarballs, especially when you download
multiple versions of the same packege. We don't even have to fetch
the whole history.
