Error when building toolchains

Hi,

I am trying to build cross toolchains using crosstool-ng-1.3.2, but when 
it comes to installing sstrip, the build fails with the following error 
message :

I noticed that this problem occurs when building toolchains with glibc 
or uclibc (I tried arm-unknown-linux-gnu and arm-unknown-linux-uclibc), 
but the build succeeds with toolchains like arm-unknown-elf or 
mips-unknown-elf.
Does someone has any solution ?
