disable thread-safe mpfr?

Thank you Yann for paying attention and for the good work.

I already saw the patch and this message already helped me installing
crosstool with the --local option.
As I said before, I'm relatively new to linux and I don't know how to create
patch but I will learn about it.

I suppose I'm not the only who is interested in using crosstool-ng for
cygwin as developers in small structure develop both for windows and
embedded.

My last build stopped at libelf building: No rule to make target `de'

I'll give you some feed back after further investigations...
