crosstool-ng and CT_PREFIX_DIR vs. CT_INSTALL_DIR

>From looking at the config file I though that CT_PREFIX_DIR is the directory
where the compiler is searching for its files during runtime and
CT_INSTALL_DIR is similar to DESTDIR where the compiler is installed to.

case.

I want to use crosstool-ng to build a rpm package and don't want to do that as
root.
