gcc host=cygwin, target=m68k-coff

Hi, newbie question (and I hope I'm using this mailing list correctly).

In 2001, with Bill Gatliff's help, I created a m68k cross with newlib under 
Linux (targeting a Dragonball cpu, no OS).  I would like to create an 
updated one with newer sources and hosting under Cygwin (and hopefully 
working with c++ as well as c).  I would appreciate any help - leads - 
suggestions.
