[PATCH] crosstool-ng: ARM with glibc 2.7

i just tried to build an ARM toolchain with glibc 2.7 using
crosstool-ng v1.1.2 and noticed that it failes with this error. 

is there any reason why the patch hasn't been included in
crosstool-ng?
