[CT-NG] Could not download 'glibc-linuxthreads-2.6.1', and not present in '/home/crosstool/ct-ng/bin/'

Hi folks,

just checked out recent ct-ng and tried to build an x86 toolchain
(newest version of all components). It gave the error:

Could not download 'glibc-linuxthreads-2.6.1', and not present in '/home/crosstool/ct-ng/bin/'

I already had this problem a few weeks before. Seems that newer
glibc versions don't have linuxthreads anymore (only up to 2.5).

hmm, I guess we need nptl support. grmpf. ;-o
