New libc version support

This afternoon I successfully built the following toolchains, without
any patches for eglibc :
- i686-unknown-linux-gnu -> GCC 4.3.2 / eglibc 2.9 / binutils 2.19 /
kernel 2.6.26
- powerpc-unknown-linux-gnu -> GCC 4.3.2 / eglibc 2.9 / binutils 2.19 /
kernel 2.6.26
