On the uClibc mailing list, there has been a thread recently about such
missing functions. That thread pointed to the gentoo patchset for uClibc,
that adds those functions:
http://sources.gentoo.org/viewcvs.py/gentoo/src/patchsets/uclibc/0.9.28.3/

and more specifically in the math/ sub-directory.

I don't have time to further investigate, so if you manage something worth
sharing... ;-)
