Not quite, what I mean is that you use the script *instead* of crosstool and
don't bother with crosstool at all; it does the same job as crosstool, but
targets windows.
Once you've run through the script, you will have a fully working
cross-development environment - not just compiler, but libraries and headers
and everything - targeting windows.
