Hi Mike,

There is a x86 linux hosted gcc-3.4.3 toolchain for e500v2 (DPFP)
available from:

Binary rpm:
http://www.bitshrine.org/gpp/tc-mtwk-lnx-e500-dp-3.4-2.i686.rpm

Source rpm:
http://www.bitshrine.org/gpp/tc-mtwk-lnx-e500-dp-3.4-2.src.rpm
