moving the buildlogs out from under src

  would it be possible, in the current subversion repo, to relocate
the buildlogs out from under src and into their own top-level
checkout, as is done with www?

  traditionally, "src" is reserved for just that -- source which is
*essential* to perform an actual build.  it seems inefficient to
download all those buildlogs if one doesn't need them and, if someone
truly wants them, a separate checkout would keep them happy.

  thoughts?
