How to create gcc with glibc-2.3.90?

Dear all,

I have tried Dan Kegel's way to create gcc-4.1.0, glibc-2.3.2 for ARM 
processor, it works.
However in my ARM TPC57 (using Samsung SA2410 core processor and Linux 
2.6.12-rc3), it using glibc-2.3.90

How to create a crosstool compiler with glibc 2.3.90 with any gcc 
compatible version?
