Call for Patches for crosstool-0.43

Hi
  A tiny tiny change to the NPTL patches is necessary: in the NPTL
code that builds gcc-core-shared, with PARALLELMFLAGS set, the build
fails on current Debian with "tree-check.h: File not found" or
somesuch. It turns out that half the header files in
build/*/*/*shared/gcc are not being created but I couldn't get any
closer to it than that. Without PMF in that one line all goes
smoothly.
