Call for Patches for crosstool-0.43

Other than the make-install-lib-all.patch for glibc-2.4 (included in -mg2),
I found the attached 2 necessary for my ARM EABI 2.6.16 QEMU work:
they create patches/linux-2.6.16 and patches/glibc-ports-2.4 with one
patch in each

I know that's not what you specifically asked for,
but I can't manage that I'm afraid!
