Crosstool build problem for mips

Hi,

I am facing problem while building gcc-3.4.4 with --enable-thread option.
I get following error message:

Can anyone please point out what could be the problem?

I am able to build compiler with --disable-thread option and could
build kernel 2.6.16 with it.
