Running ARM EABI kernel under QEMU

Hi
   The version of pbrook's patches to QEMU that I mentioned in April
at freaknet.org/martin/crosstool to enable ARM NPTL and EABI were duff
(missing a couple of newly-created files). Sorry about that.
   There is now the correct version updated to QEMU-CVS-20060505 and
notes on how to build/run it at freaknet.org/martin/QEMU. It
successfully runs ARM EABI executables in binary-emulation mode, and
in system mode can boot a crosstool-built ARM EABI kernel (tested with
old-ABI busybox userland from QEMU's arm-test system)
   Maybe it's not so bad after all...
