Well, it did start as a crosstools thread, but crosstools in it' s current 
incarnation does not appear to be capable of developing a cross-compiler for 
the Debian glibc.
I would be more than happy to modify it to do so, but that requires knowledge 
of the build process which I don't have.
Therefore I'm going at it by hand, reverse engineering crosstools as I go, 
hopefully picking up this knowledge.
I'm very open to suggestions.
