Patch to fix ARM GCC optimization bug

Hi,

please check if patch [1]

should be added to crosstool until new GCC version is 
available which will contain this fix.

It fixes a kernel miscompilation using ARM GCC:

http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=27363

Bug report states that this "happens for every gcc release 
(3.4.6, 4.0.3, 4.1.1)"
